Are radio waves dangerous for your health?

Radio waves from motorized window treatments do not pose a health risk to owners. While studies of the impact of radio waves from cellphones remains somewhat inconclusive, a cellphone has a transmission power of 1 watt and Wi-Fi can transmit about 0.1 watts. For motorized window treatment systems, we go down to milliwatts. Furthermore, the systems are only used for a few seconds per day. So, radio-powered motorized blind controls emit roughly one thousandth of the power emitted by a cellphone for less than a thousandth of the time that a cellphone is emitting those transmissions.
