ShadeZone uses the information you provide to respond to your questions and manage your window treatment project.

Enquiry information

The form collects your name, email, optional phone number, project city, selected service and project description. These details are stored in the site’s private lead inbox to respond to and manage your request. Do not include payment card information or other sensitive details.

Awning order requests

An awning order request also records your selected configuration, quantity, quoted product price, mounting choice, installation preference, delivery street address, postal code and acknowledgement. These details are saved with your contact information for ShadeZone to review and prepare an invoice. No payment details are collected, no payment is taken and no stock is reserved by submitting the request. Stock and price checks read a supplier’s public catalogue without sending your contact or delivery details.

Measurement and storage

Essential session storage remembers a submission reference to avoid accidental duplicate requests. With optional measurement allowed, campaign parameters and ad-click identifiers may be stored for attribution. Your contact details and project message are never included in the conversion event.

Optional advertising measurement runs only when configured and you allow it. Enquiry details are sent through Resend to shadezoneinstallations@gmail.com and forwarded to info@shadezoneblinds.ca so ShadeZone can respond. Email delivery status is shown after submission; a saved enquiry does not depend on successful email delivery.

Your choices

You can submit an enquiry with essential storage only. Optional measurement does not affect your ability to contact us. Contact info@shadezoneblinds.ca to request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry. Only authorized staff can access the enquiry inbox.

External services

The optional brand film loads Vimeo only when you open it. Map and social links take you to their respective services. Their privacy terms apply when you use them.
