Cellular (Honeycomb) Shades are particularly energy-efficient because their unique structure helps to insulate your windows. Additionally, thermal blinds and blackout shades can reduce heat loss in winter and keep rooms cooler in the summer.

Yes, many modern blinds and shades can be motorized, allowing you to control them with a remote, smartphone, or voice commands. This is a great option for large windows, hard-to-reach areas, or for convenience.

Cleaning instructions vary depending on the type of shade or blind.

  • Blinds: Depending on the material, you can dust them with a soft cloth or duster. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth or mild soap and water. For wood or faux wood blinds, be gentle to avoid damaging the finish.
  • Shades: Most fabric shades can be vacuumed using a soft brush attachment. For fabric shades, check the manufacturer's cleaning instructions, as some can be spot-cleaned or hand-washed. Cellular shades may be gently vacuumed or wiped down with a damp cloth.

Please refer to our cleaning guide on our blogs or contact us for assistance.
